Funnel, ISE, Summit…

We trust your 2020 is off to a terrific start! We have a lot going on here between our Funnel CRM platform, new time-saving Labor Presets, our User Summit and much more!

We look forward to seeing many of you at ISE Amsterdam in a few weeks. We will be premiering Funnel, our new sales tracking platform to help you manage leads into projects. We will also be showing the dozens of major features we have added to Jetbuilt over the last several months.

Check out the video for the quick rundown:

Introducing Funnel.

Funnel will help your team nurture leads into projects with simplicity and efficiency.

Funnel launches at ISE Amsterdam in February. Jetbuilt users will get plenty of opportunity to evaluate if Funnel is right for your team.

  • Build your lists of Lead Sources and Project Categories for tracking, organization and reporting.

  • Sales Managers can define the desired size of the funnel for their reps and companies. We will let you know when your funnel is running over or running low.

  • Quickly enter new leads with basic information, source, category and more. Optionally assign it to a rep along with a followup task.

  • Quickly filter and sort all leads by any criteria.

  • All upcoming tasks are presented in the funnel worksheet.

  • Read and reply to emails within the Funnel.

  • Leads and tasks can be automatically generated from assets reaching end of life in previous projects.

  • Turn a lead into an opportunity, estimate, proposal as your conversation develops.

  • Track your close rates between all sales stages, sources, categories and more.

Join us in Dallas March 26 and 27, 2020 for a collaborative time with the Jetbuilt community. Early discounted registration is open until January 31.

Enterprise users can now customize report groups as you render proposals for a project.

In Projects/Reports, notice the EDIT icon as you hover over your report groups. Click this icon and you will be able to add, remove, and sort pages of that group. You can then save this customized group specifically for future use in this project.

Define all integration/labor values as presets for categories of items. Then, as you populate items into your projects, simply select a preset for even faster project estimating.

These presets will stay with items as you use them in the future. As a manager changes the preset values in your company settings, the updated values will be pulled in for new projects. Look for this functionality later this week!
