Jetbuilt is designed to be simple to learn, fast to use, yet powerful enough for global organisations integrating projects of all sizes.

Here are some commonly asked questions. If you don’t see answers to yours here, don’t hesitate to ask.

Can more than one person work on a project at one time?

Yes. In Jetbuilt, everyone on your team can work on any part of a project at one time. One person can be adding items to one room, while another adds items to another room. Or both can be working in the same room.

Does each person on my team need a paid account?

Each person on your team that works in Jetbuilt on a regular basis should have their own account. This is how users can carry on conversations with each other, complete their own tasks, let management know who did what and much more. Occasional users are welcome to use a shared office account. We do not frown on this.

Is the price per user or per team?

The price is per user. Any member of your team who works in Jetbuilt on a regular basis would have a Jetbuilt account.

Do you offer discounts for larger teams?

We do offer discounts for teams over 10 users. Just contact us to discuss.

Can Jetbuilt integrate with my Sales CRM?

Jetbuilt can integrate with any CRM you use. We do not offer out-of-the-box integrations, but rather create a custom solution for your needs.

What about training on your software, and the cost?

We do provide one on one training on Jetbuilt, though the vast majority of our users have never taken advantage of it. Jetbuilt is designed to be self-taught, the way most smartphone apps are. We provide free chat support and our videos provide a huge help as well. But if you want personal instruction, we provide that to you at no charge.

How does Jetbuilt handle invoicing?

Jetbuilt is a estimation and proposal software, and does not currently handle invoicing.
