Jetbuilt introduces Radar to deliver real-time visibility and streamlined communication across projects, sales and service to meet the fast-paced demands of AV integrators
Newport Beach, Calif. (July XX, 2025) — Jetbuilt, the global leader in AV project sales and management software, announces Radar, a powerful new capability designed to centralize all communication and activity in a streamlined hub. Radar provides a real-time feed of updates across the Jetbuilt ecosystem, including projects, sales and service, allowing teams to communicate fluidly without the clutter of fragmented notifications or scattered messages. Jetbuilt will introduce Radar in booth C1123 at CEDIA Expo 2025 and Commercial Integrator Expo 2025 in Denver, September 4–6, 2025.
Radar functions as a command center, simplifying daily workflows by consolidating all critical information into a single, intuitive view. From project milestones and client emails to internal comments and service updates, every piece of relevant activity is captured in a unified feed. Radar eliminates the need to dig through scattered emails or multiple Jetbuilt projects to track down updates. It gives teams immediate visibility into what’s happening across the company, allowing them to respond to updates quickly, make informed decisions faster, and collaborate more efficiently.
At the top of the feed, is a dedicated New section where new and unread items are highlighted, ensuring that users never miss a key update. Radar’s alerts can include task updates, internal notes, emails or communications from clients through the Jetbuilt Portal. Once viewed, items move into the Timeline, a powerful feature that lets users jump directly to a specific day, like two days ago, to instantly see what was said or accomplished at that time. Users can also filter the type of activity, such as tasks, emails or discussions, shown in the Timeline using intuitive menu filters. Below that, Radar also offers a Future view, allowing teams to see upcoming tasks and prepare for what’s ahead.
“Radar was designed to provide another layer of clarity and control,” said Paul Dexter, chief executive officer and founder of Jetbuilt. “Our integrators need to move quickly and confidently, and Radar gives them a centralized space to see and respond to everything that’s happening.”
Dexter added, “For many users, Radar can become their primary workspace, allowing them to manage their day entirely within a single, real-time feed. It enhances visibility across departments, giving managers a powerful tool for oversight and enabling teams to react quickly and make informed decisions. For contributors, it means staying in sync and knowing exactly what’s expected without having to dig through countless Jetbuilt projects, internal threads, or external emails to chase down updates.”
Radar allows users to respond to comments and messages directly within the feed, eliminating the need to navigate across multiple views or tools. The enhanced functionality keeps communication fluid and focused, especially for fast-moving teams juggling multiple projects.
Additionally, notification settings let users customize their alerts via Radar, email, or both, so they can stay informed without being overwhelmed.
