Newport Beach, Calif. (July XX, 2026) – Jetbuilt, the leader in AV project sales and management software, announces its 7th Annual Global User Summit, taking place October 1-2, 2026, at the Renaissance Downtown City Center Hotel in Denver, Colorado. The two-day event unites Jetbuilt users for education, collaboration and networking while providing an opportunity for attendees to share ideas that directly influence the future development of the Jetbuilt platform.

The Global User Summit has become a signature event for the Jetbuilt community, offering an environment where audiovisual professionals can exchange real-world workflows, solve common challenges and learn from one another. Attendees will participate in interactive discussions with key members of the Jetbuilt team, including founder Paul Dexter, Tom Peters, Matthew Mickels and others, exploring best practices, platform capabilities and new ways to streamline project workflows.

A unique aspect of the Global User Summit is the collaborative approach to feature development. Many of the features Jetbuilt users rely on every day originated from conversations and feedback shared during previous Summits. At last year's event, one attendee suggested a new feature during a session. The Jetbuilt development team immediately began working on the idea and had it implemented and live before the session had even ended, demonstrating the company's commitment to listening and responding in real time. By bringing together integrators, designers and other industry professionals, the Global User Summit creates an opportunity forJetbuilt's team to listen closely to customer needs. At the same time, attendees gain valuable insights from peers facing similar business and technical challenges.

“We've always believed the best ideas come from listening to the people who use Jetbuilt every day,” said Paul Dexter, founder and chief executive officer of Jetbuilt. “The Global User Summit is designed to bring our community together to share challenges, discover new workflows and help shape the future of the platform. Many of the features our users rely on today began as conversations at previous Summits, and we're excited to continue that tradition in Denver.”

The collaborative environment of the Global User Summit is a key characteristic, giving attendees direct access to the people responsible for Jetbuilt's ongoing development. Previous attendee Herb Suereth, integration sales for STRAY, said those conversations were among the Summit's most valuable experiences.

“I was impressed with the amount of conversation we were able to have with the Jetbuilt team. Knowing that we were interacting with the primary decision-makers provided both valuable insight into intent as well as exhibited the willingness to adapt the product to the client’s needs," said Suereth.

Beyond the educational sessions, the Global User Summit offers opportunities to build relationships with fellow Jetbuilt users from around the world. The informal conversations during meals, networking breaks and the signature evening cocktail reception often lead to new ideas, lasting professional connections and practical solutions that attendees can immediately apply to their businesses.

This year's Global User Summit will be held at the Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center Hotel, located inside the historic former Colorado National Bank building. With attendance growing each year and space limited, interested users are encouraged to register early to secure their place.
