Newport Beach, Calif. (March 04, 2025) – Based in the greater Eugene-Springfield, Oregon area, Brinoch provides custom audiovisual solutions for corporations, nonprofits and educational institutions throughout Oregon, Washington and California and has expanded its reach to clients nationwide. The company’s team of highly trained professionals brings deep industry knowledge and a strong commitment to current standards, ensuring that every installation meets both performance and compliance expectations.

As the company grew, its leadership recognized the need for a more structured and reliable system to manage quoting, documentation and project data. The tools in place, primarily the accounting platform, were not designed to handle the detailed and dynamic demands of an integration business.

“Our quoting process was painfully time-consuming,” said Enoch Howell, CTS-D, lead designer and president of Brinoch. “We had to hunt for part numbers, enter them manually, verify pricing and check supplier information. We spent more time cleaning up backend data than actually getting quotes out the door.”

The company’s reliance on manual data entry created bottlenecks that slowed operations and strained client communication. As project volume increased, the backlog of unissued quotes grew. “Clients were constantly asking, ‘Hey, are you going to get back to us?’” Howell said. “We needed a solution that would let us scale efficiently without adding layers of administrative work.”

Howell had experience with multiple systems used across the integration industry, each with its own limitations. When he began evaluating project management and proposal tools for Brinoch, he looked for one that could consolidate processes into a single, cloud-based platform while remaining flexible enough to grow with the business.

In 2018, that search led to Jetbuilt. “Jetbuilt was actually the first platform we tested,” Howell said. “I’d worked at other companies that used different systems, so I already had opinions about what worked and what didn’t. When I discovered Jetbuilt, it felt like the solution I’d been looking for.”

Over the years, Brinoch has seen Jetbuilt evolve alongside the company’s growth. “Everyone at Jetbuilt has been great to work with,” Howell said. “Whether it’s someone in the chat tool or a team member we hop on a Zoom call with, they’ve always been responsive, helpful and genuinely engaged. We’ve never felt like just another customer in their system and that’s something I really appreciate.”

Brinoch adopted both the core enterprise platform and Funnel, Jetbuilt’s opportunity management module, to support its expanding operations. While Funnel was still in development then, Jetbuilt’s openness to collaboration was a key factor for Brinoch. “When we first started using Funnel, it wasn’t very built out,” Howell said. “But as Jetbuilt received feedback, they continuously improved it. That’s something that really sets them apart.”

For Brinoch, DocuSign support and Vectorworks exports have been especially impactful. “We already had all the design work done. We just needed a way to push quotes through the clerical process accurately,” Howell said. “With Jetbuilt, we were able to send out more quotes, improve accuracy, reduce stress and avoid hiring an extra position that would have existed just to manage that chaos.”

Operating across multiple regions, Brinoch’s team relies on consistent, cloud-based workflows to stay synchronized. “We do projects up and down the West Coast, as well as in Hawaii,” Howell said. “Our team needs to be able to work from anywhere and still have the same experience as if they were sitting in the office. Jetbuilt has been a crucial part of making that possible.”

Through Jetbuilt’s API integrations, Brinoch has connected its accounting, project management and operations tools into a single, unified ecosystem. “We rely heavily on Jetbuilt’s API to integrate with other tools, including our accounting package, project management systems and more,” Howell said. “In many ways, Jetbuilt is the hub of our wheel. Everything else connects through it, keeping our business running smoothly across every project, location and department.”

Jetbuilt’s commitment to continually improving its platform has been central to Brinoch’s continued use. “One of the greatest things about Jetbuilt is how responsive they’ve been to our needs,” Howell said. “Whether it’s a quick message in chat or a deeper conversation about why we need something, they always engage. More often than not, within a couple of months, we see those ideas implemented as new features or platform upgrades.”

Jetbuilt’s Project module enables integrators like Brinoch to populate, budget, propose and close projects in a unified environment tailored to their workflow. For Brinoch, this means they can select from millions of prepopulated AV, IT and security items, integrate labor, costs and margins, and quickly compile clean, professional proposals or RFPs, all while tracking project stages, collaborating seamlessly with clients and vendors, and maintaining clear visibility into pipeline health. Meanwhile, Jetbuilt’s Funnel module serves as a powerful lead-management layer that helps Brinoch move prospects through clearly defined stages, from initial contact to contracted work. With Funnel’s dynamic “Heat Indicator” ranking leads in real time, synced email threading capturing every conversation, and automated task reminders, Brinoch’s team can ensure no potential opportunity slips through the cracks.

By consolidating its operations under Jetbuilt, Brinoch has achieved greater accuracy, faster turnaround times, and stronger cross-department communication, all without adding headcount. “Jetbuilt’s role in our business has grown just as our company has,” Howell said. “It started as a tool for quoting, but it’s become the central system that keeps our entire operation connected.”
