Service Module Sneak Peak
at ISE & InfoComm
We are excited to show you our new Service module at upcoming shows.
Our Service functionality is very unique to Jetbuilt, since you already track your Assets within the platform. This means you have easy access to all the information about an item that comes up for service, including warranty, serial number, IP address, etc.
When an item is nearing end of warranty, a service case can be automatically generated, notifying you to contact the client about possible replacement. And because of our existing Stock module, clients can scan a QR code on an item that is acting up, which also creates a Service case automatically.
Come by for a sneak peak at ISE or InfoComm!
Have you turned on Engineering Scrub?
Many of you are not aware of our new Engineering Scrub functionality, which is available to everyone. This feature allows you to force a project through an engineering process, where an engineer must approve every item in a project before releasing it.
Turn on the Engineering stage in your company settings. It can be set to occur either before Proposal or before Installation stage. Learn more in these help articles.
